Love is all you need....

As I’ve continued on my beautiful journey through life questions often arose. I’ve spent much of my life questioning everything. Worrying about the future or staying stuck in my past.
We spend so much time in ego, constantly contemplating answers. We get lost in thought and become prisoners of the mind. But what I’ve discovered over time is that the answer to all of these questions or concerns in essence is Love. As the great Dr. Wayne Dyer says the answer to all of life’s problems is “Love.” Now what is love? Most people would describe love from a “romantic” or “brotherly” stand point, but it goes so much deeper than that. The type of love I speak of is “divine love”. There is no simple explanation for love. Love is a way of life. You may think, "How is love the answer to everything?" Take a step back and really think about it. Most issues in life come about due to lack of love in some form. For example, when your body feels tired or sluggish the answer is Love. You have neglected to show your body love by nourishing it with healthy foods, giving it proper rest, and failing to exercise.  Love is a healer of all. Strained relationships/ friendships suffer all due to lack of love, whether it is for yourself or for the other person. Forgiveness is ultimately about love, not for the other person, but for yourself. When you forgive you choose love. In choosing love you are saying to the universe that you love yourself to much to allow anyone or anything to take away the peace that resides within your heart. In the end love is the only thing that matters. Love is the only thing that is real. And love is the way we should approach every situation in life.  As the Beatles said “The love you take is equal to the love you make.”  Choose LOVE.
